As a data controller, SC CEGIM SRL will always process personal data responsibly, fairly, and transparently. This includes processing the personal data of employees, individual clients, representatives/agents, business contacts (business/contractual partners, suppliers/service providers) by applying and adhering to national and European laws and regulations, including by respecting and implementing the Personal Data Processing Security Policy.

Therefore, to place an order for our products, we will require your consent to collect and process only the personal data necessary to deliver the ordered product (billing information – name, surname, email address, signature; size/dimensions; delivery address). This data will be deleted upon order completion or account closure, except for data required by Law 82/1991 (Accounting Law), which will be stored for a period of 10 years.

As an individual whose personal data is being processed, we inform you that you have the rights provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. These rights include:

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY
SC CEGIM SRL processes the personal data of individuals who complete the online form in the “Contact – Send Us a Message” section. According to the fields of the online form, we only process the personal data you provide, such as name, phone number, the address where the ordered products will be delivered, and email address, in order to contact you for identifying the offer and, if applicable, purchasing products.

To place an order with SC CEGIM SRL, we require the customer’s consent to collect and process only the personal data necessary for delivering the ordered product (billing information, size/dimensions, delivery address). This data will be deleted upon order completion or account closure, except for data required by Law 82/1991 (Accounting Law), which will be stored for a period of 10 years.

In this case, consent will be obtained from the individual before completing the online form. We clarify that, through the Administrative Accounting and Human Resources Department, we collect exclusively the categories of personal data you provide to fulfill your order (to determine who is placing the order, how the customer can be contacted, and the address where the order will be sent, in accordance with the principle of data minimization).

We also note that after the order is completed, the personal data is deleted, and any further processing ceases. Therefore, placing a new order requires a new collection of personal data, which entails completing the respective form again.
